Return Policy of AIreel

AIreel provides subscription services. Please confirm whether AIreel is suitable for you. To the maximum extent permitted by laws, AIreel does NOT support refunds. If you are dissatisfied with the current subscription service after the trial period and want a refund, the deducted subscription cannot be refunded, but you can go to related SETTINGS to terminate the renewal of the subscription service. You can still use the corresponding subscription service which you have paid for before the end of the subscription period.

Refund

You can go to the platform where you subscribed to make a refund. After the application is successful, the corresponding platform will automatically obtain a refund according to your original payment method. If the corresponding platform rejects your refund application, AIreel will agree with the platform and will NOT accept your refund application.

Note: If you do not take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized purchases from your account (for example, you disclose your account or payment information to others, or you do not use authentication features to protect your account), we generally cannot issue a refund.
